Jamestown Parks and Recreation invites you to enjoy FREE community bike rides led by the Jamestown Bike Riders Advocacy Group. These fun, family-friendly rides are open to all ages and experience levels.
Need a bike or helmet? No problem — the Community Bike Fleet will be available for participants who need equipment.

Sunday, August 24 – McElroy Park (starting at 3:45 with a grill out after)
6:45pm – Check in/Bike Fleet checkout

Join us at Bolinger Tennis Courts for this FREE special day of tennis just for the kids!
Enjoy games, prizes, music, food and fun Kids of all ages and skill levels are welcome. This is a great way to introduce young kids to the sport if they have never tried before.
Join us for a 3K and 5K walk/run in the park! Enjoy music, family activities and lunch at Klaus Park. Event will begin at 10:00am with registration beginning at 9:30am on July 12th.

Check out Meidinger Splash Park during Buffalo Days for our Splash Bash celebration! Enjoy free admission to the splash park, family friendly games and door prizes. This celebration takes place from 1:00-3:00pm.

Join us for Mountain Bike races located at the Parkhurst Campground. There is a kids race that is less than one mile long. The Beginner Race is 5+ miles, Recreational is 13+ miles, Sport Race is 21+ miles and the Expert Race is 29+ miles. Registration will open closer to the race date.

Grab the family and come on out for the Pipestem Creek Trail Walk/Run located at the Parkhurst Campground. There is something for everyone! We have a 3 mile walk, 3 mile run and 5 mile run. Registration will open closer to the date of the race.
