The Bunker, located at the old Hillcrest Clubhouse at 1520 3rd St. SE., is a great place to rent for any gathering. Rent by the hour or by the day. Kitchen facilities are available. Activities available are music and big screen TV. The capacity of the Bunker is 160 people.

The Bunker has the following options when renting the facility:

$72.00 per hour (1-4 hours)
$46.00 per hour starting the 5th hour
$20.00 per hour -Early Decorating – (as available day of event, max of 4 hours)
$5.00/tablecloth
$72.00 Retaining Fee is required within 48 hours of email conformation (retaining fee will be deducted from total rent due). This fee is non-refundable.
$200.00 refundable damage deposit is required within 48 hours of email confirmation. (Separate check required)
If there is damage to the property and the Bunker Usage Checklist is not completed after event the deposit may cover additional costs and remanding balance then refunded.
Warming House
The warming house is available for those who like to sled during winter months.
Monday – Friday 3:30 to 5:30pm
Saturday – 11:00am to 5:30pm
Sunday – 11am to 5:30pm.
