YOUTH CO-ED Wrestling
TRAC will be holding a six-week Youth Wrestling program designed to introduce participants in grades K – 5 to the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Wrestlers will learn basic techniques, proper stance, movement, and mat awareness while developing strength, coordination, confidence, discipline, and good sportsmanship through age-appropriate instruction and drills.
Open to boys and girls, this program is a great opportunity for beginners and returning wrestlers alike to build skills, stay active, and gain confidence both on and off the mat.

TRAC Member:$32/Early Bird Rate, $38.40 Regular Rate
