McElroy Park Field Renovation Donations

McElroy Park Field Renovation Donations

Every gift to the Campaign is important and essential for reaching our goal. While your gift is a personal one, there are many options you might consider for your contribution.  Please see the list below on ways you can donate.

We ask you to please consider donating to the project, we are hoping to raise over $750,000 to name one of the fields in honor of Tom Gould (TG) and the Gould Family.  TG and the Gould Family’s contribution to baseball in Jamestown is immeasurable and we would like to honor TG and his family for the many years of devotion to youth baseball in Jamestown. Click here to follow the Gould Field Fundraising Campaign on Facebook.

Our goal is to raise the remaining $2 million needed for the South phase, including Gould Field, of the project and break ground in the Fall of 2023.

  • Cash: Gifts in the form of cash or check.

  • Pledges: A signed pledge card allows the donor to plan ahead and extend their gift over a period of up to three years. A pledge may be started at any time in 2022.

  • Grand Slam Pathway Pavers: Purchase a personalized brick to border the center plaza. Purchasing a brick is an easy way to leave a lasting family legacy on this project and at the same time donate to the McElroy Park Field Renovations.  Click here to download the paver form.

  • Life Insurance: Outright irrevocable gifts of life insurance policies with a value that can be converted into cash within the three-year pledge period shall be accepted by the campaign upon approval by the Jamestown Parks & Recreation Foundation Board. There are also several ways in which your gift can commemorate the life of a loved one or friend, or recognize your business or organization.
