$50.00 per hour (2 hours minimum)
$250.00 for the full day
$100.00 Delivery fee inside of city limits.
$25.00 per staff member to make sure the event runs smoothly. Minimum of 1 adult present during rental hours.
$100.00 Non-Refundable Damage Deposit is required within 48 hours of email confirmation. (Separate check required)
* All reservations made outside of our current calendar year will be charged adjusted fees if there is a usage rate increase. Rates listed are for the current calendar year. All renters will be billed in accordance with yearly rate of the year your event is scheduled. If we have adjusted rates this increase will be communicated prior to your due date of final payment.
If there is damage to the property, the deposit may be used to cover additional costs.
