McElroy, Klaus, and Nickeus reserved shelters will have electricity & water available. For more information call the Jamestown Parks & Recreation office at 252-3982 or email office@jamestownparksandrec.com.
If you are hosting a large event, a permit may be required. Please complete the Park Usage Permit Form to request use of a playfield, facility, or to use a park for a large gathering.
Picnic shelters will be rented at the following rates:
Small Shelters – $31.00 Half Day (10:00am-2:00pm) (4:00pm-8:00pm)
$61.00 Full Day (10:00am-8:00pm)
Large Shelters – $61.00 Half Day (10:00am-2:00pm) (4:00pm-8:00pm)
$92.00 Full Day (10:00am-8:00pm)
Certain events may have an additional $25 per hour fee applied.
To Guarantee a Reservation – Fees, along with the signed contract, must be paid in full at the Parks and Recreation office no later than seven (7) working days prior to use. We will only book 30 days prior to usage.
The Bunker, located at the old Hillcrest Clubhouse, is an ideal venue to rent for any event. This space is available to rent by the hour, day or for multiple days, and can accommodate up to 160 guests. The Bunker provides a drop down 130′ projector screen, full kitchen, piano, and a raised space with Bluetooth speakers and surround sound available for DJ’s or event presenters. The large open space can be designed to meet your specific event needs.

* All reservations made outside of our current calendar year will be charged adjusted fees if there is a usage rate increase. Rates listed are for the current calendar year. All renters will be billed in accordance with yearly rate of the year your event is scheduled. If we have adjusted rates this increase will be communicated prior to your due date of final payment.
If there is damage to the property and the Bunker Usage Checklist is not completed after an event, the deposit may be used to cover additional costs and the remaining balance will be refunded.

TRAC has a lot of opportunity for rentals. The most popular is the multi-purpose rooms for birthday parties, corporate events or family get-togethers.
Hosting a birthday party is easy at TRAC! You’ll receive a multi-purpose room and three hours of time in the pool, turf or gym! Parties are limited to 25 people maximum. The first step to reserving a party at TRAC is to fill out our Party Inquiry Form online.
Turf/Gym Parties: $120/TRAC Member $138/Non-Member.
Pool Parties: $149.50/TRAC Member $172/Non-Member.
Tennis/Turf: $30.75 per quarter/court per hour
Gymnasium: $30.75 per cross court/hour
Multi-purpose Room: $30.75 per room/hour
Group Fitness Room: $52.75 per room/hour
Lesson Pool: $109 per hour

Check out the kayak rental kiosk at Nickeus Park! Whether you’re looking to paddle for fun, explore the water, or enjoy a peaceful day outdoors, this self-serve rental station makes it easy to get out on the water.
How It Works:
Simply visit the kiosk, download the app, pay and go! It’s only $15 for the first two hours. Make Nickeus Park your go-to spot for outdoor fun this season. Grab a paddle and explore the beauty of nature!
For user safety, the kayak kiosk operates only when both water and air temperatures are consistently above 65°F. This guideline follows recommendations from the National Kayak Association regarding safe kayaking conditions without a wetsuit.
The Parks and Recreation Department has equipment available to be used for your picnics and reunions at No Charge. Available Equipment: volleyballs and nets, horseshoes and poles, disc golf score sheets, baseball bases. For more information email office@jamestownparksandrec.com.
